Eleven minutes later it was 2-0 when Chandler Hoffman converted Michael Stephens' assist, before Laurent Courtois rounded out the victory in the 30th minute.

Houston Dynamo put their fate in their own hands with a 2-0 home victory over Trinidad and Tobago's W Connection.
Goals either side of half-time to Jason Johnson and Robert Boswell secured the valuable three points to lift Dynamo to top of Group 1, with a one-point advantage over Panama's Arabe Unido.
Dynamo will travel to Arabe Unido on the next match day, with a draw or better guaranteeing a quarter-final berth.
Group 6 will also go down to the last game after Guatemala's Comunicaciones defeated Trinidad and Tobago's Caledonia AIA 2-0 with two first-half goals.
Jairo Arreola and Joel Benitez were the scorers with both assists laid on by left-winger Carlos Figueroa.
In the final game in Group 6 on October 23, Toluca, who are top of the group, will host Communicaciones, who are three points behind their Mexican opponents in the standings.
Only a victory will snatch a quarter-final spot for Communicaciones,
who must better their 2-1 away defeat at Toluca earlier in the
tournament to progress.
