BORUSSIA DORTMUND SET TO ANNOUNCE RECORD TURNOVER

Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund is expected this week to announce record turnover, Germany's Kicker sports magazine reported on Monday.
Dortmund has become only the country's second Bundesliga club after Bayern Munich to break the €250 million mark on turnover, results from the 2012-13 business year will show, Kicker reported.
The club will release its financial results on Thursday.
Dortmund, the only publicly traded club on the German stock market, was close to bankruptcy in 2005.
The team was runner-up to Bayern in the league last season after two successive league titles, and reached the final of the Champions League, losing 2-1 to Bayern.
The club earned more than €70 million in reaching the Champions League final, club chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke told Kicker.
Last year Dortmund posted a club record turnover and profit of €215.2 million and €34.3 million respectively.
