The Indomitable Lions reportedly went on strike over a pay dispute relating to bonuses but manager Volker Finke says they will be making their way to the finals.
Cameroon's World Cup preparations have been hit by a row over bonuses, which has seen the squad refuse to board a plane to Brazil.
But the Indomitable Lions - featuring the likes of Alex Song, Samuel Eto'o and Benoit Assou-Ekotto - will now fly to South America tonight.
The players were due to fly out on Sunday morning in a plane specially chartered by the country's president, Paul Biya, but remained in their hotel in the Cameroonian capital Yaounde.
Cameroon, whose tournament is set to get underway in five days time against Mexico, are believed to have been refusing to travel because the bonuses on offer - believed to be £61,000 each - were not as much as the squad were expecting.
However, speaking to Sport1 television in Germany on Sunday afternoon, head coach Volker Finke stated that a deal had now been struck and the squad will be flying to Brazil later today.
"It's just one of those things that these agreements can take longer in Africa," declared Finke.
"That agreement was struck this morning and now we can fly to Brazil today.
"Our fans will be pleased - Cameroon will of course be participating in the World Cup."
And after agreeing an end to the row, Cameroon Football Federation president Joseph Owona said: "Everything has been resolved.
