BAYERN UNSTOPPABLE AT EMIRATES

Arsene Wenger and his troops gave their all. They looked Bayern in the eye in the opening 35 minutes until hell broke loose. Sczezny clipped Arjen Robben and the Dutchman made the most of it. The ref might have setter for a yellow card but is seems an unending and growing trend to send off offenders and yet award a spot kick; a double blow which Man City suffered on Tuesday night also.
Femi Alaba dragged the resultant spot kick wide just like Mesut Ozil earlier on. Santi Carzola was sacrificed for Lukas Fabianski. The keeper did well but was helpless to stop Toni Kroos from opening the scoring with a ball not even Manuel Neuer would have stopped. Bayern worked relentlessly moving the ball all over the pitch methodically working Arsenal players. A second goal came from a Lahm cross which substitute Pizzaro dumied Mertersacker to give room for Muller to steer home. The substitute headed down to beat the goalie and put the Bavarians in pole position.

Mesut Ozil was dissapointing once more on a big stage.
Teammates Wilshere and Flamini were furious on separate occasions with his work rate and tracking back which was what the Gunners did all through the second 45 minutes.
