Cardiff City have confirmed the loan signing of West Ham midfielder Ravel Morrison until December 26.
Former Manchester United man Morrison will embark on his third loan spell in the Championship after completing his move to the managerless south Wales club on Wednesday.
Morison has previously enjoyed loans with Birmingham City and QPR in the second tier, and was part of Harry Redknapp's squad that earned promotion to the Premier League last season.
He returned to West Ham for the start of the new campaign but has continued to find first-team chances difficult to come by under Sam Allardyce.
The 21-year-old took to his Twitter account on Tuesday to announce he was moving to Cardiff on a temporary basis, and the club have now confirmed the news.
"We are pleased to announce that Ravel Morrison has this afternoon completed a short-term loan move to Cardiff City," read a statement read on Cardiff's official website.
"Ravel links up from West Ham United until Friday 26th December 2014.
"He will be eligible to play in up to 15 Championship fixtures during that time, including our game at Charlton Athletic on Boxing Day."
Cardiff, who are still on the hunt for a new boss following the departure of Ole Gunnar Solksjaer last week, sit 16th in the Championship after eight games.
Morrison could make his debut for the club when they host Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.
